Savills has advised St Martins Management Corporation on the leasing of its 8,000 sq ft flagship store at 38, Avenue des Champs Élysées to Canadian sportswear brand Lululemon.

Savills facilitated Hamleys of London in procuring and delivering the Italian master franchisee. Located in the heart of Milan, at the renowned Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, a well-known bustling thoroughfare adjacent to the historic cathedrals of Piazza del Duomo and Piazza San Babila.
Tander Inversiones
Size: 4,446 sq ft
Savills adviseds on the leasing of the company’s last available commercial space of its retail high street portfolio in Avenida dos Aliados 107, Porto. The asset was taken by fashion company Zegna, thereby contributing to the further consolidation of luxury retailers on the avenue.
JD Sports
Savills was awarded the exclusive mandate for JD in Canada. In less than 2 years, JD has opened 17 stores in 5 Provinces, with an additional 4 to open before year end. In 2024, there are 12 stores in the pipeline, with more to follow. The roll out strategy includes street front, enclosed mall and outdoor open centres with strong apparel co tenancies.

The future of retail destinations is...
A hyperphysical world requires a multi-sensory environment. Consumers want to be delighted by an art installation, to understand a product’s environmental impact, to feel elated by an experience, to taste something they have never tasted before, to discover something unfamiliar, and to learn something new.
‘Hyperphysical’ spaces that go beyond the original idea of retail to delight and engage with customers, particularly younger cohorts. It must be a destination that is enriching, emotionally provocative, memorable, multi-sensory, one that cultivates community.
Stores must be worth the commute.
As we look to retailers to push the boundaries of their creative teams to dream up spaces that inspire the consumer, we see them continuing to have fewer stores in their portfolio
